Getting the Job:
Wow, apparently it looks like we can't copy and paste our resumes anymore on the site. http://www.aritzia.com/. I went in and gave my resume. I'm suppose to get an interview on the spot because on their website it says " Come on it, we love to meet you in person." Obviously that is total bull. The Aritzia in the picture above is at Eaton's centre. I interupted the manager when she's talking to her friend, and she wasn't working.
All in all, be prepared for that on the spot interview. So far, there is no "on the spot" interview.
On the spot question:
There is one question when I handed my resume to a cashier girl (not the manager).
